I called Mr. Tyrone at Citywide because my AC was working upstairs and getting cold but my downstairs was remaining hot. He sent Maurice over and he came in & tested my unit and immediately found the issue. Mr. Tyrone stopped by and they both explained that I have one unit that’s zoned differently and the zone damper needed to be replaced. They ordered the part needed and the next day my family and I were comfortably enjoying our downstairs once again. Citywide is the best and I appreciate their professional, swift service. Mr. Tyrone is an honest businessman and in the future I will trust him all of my HVAC needs.
