Our service specialist, Tyrone from day one was very professional. Tyrone answered all our questions before and after the work was completed. No hidden cost guys! I must also give props to the other men that assisted him. They did an excellent job as well. Work was completed in one day. On day two, Tyrone and an assistant came back to make sure everything was cleaned up and to see if we were pleased with the service. Francine in the office was equally helpful and professional. Tyrone and Ron fixed my broken furnace and they were so professional and the price was very reasonable. Citywide fixed my air last year and the service and level of professionalism has remained the same. Each time I called , they provided service the very same day. Awesome experience. I had another so called Specialist come out and basically took my money without any suggestions . I Was told about citywide and Tyrone came in and had my furnace working in less than 20 minutes. Superb service and a bunch of options. I will be dealing with them in the future when I change my HVAC system.

I want to give credit to whom credit is due. I change from one HVAC Company to Citywide HVAC Specialist. I did not trust the technicians at my former company. I believe they rushed their inspection and their services and did not pay attention to details. Which resulted in mediocre work.
I haven't been with Citywide a year yet but Mr. Tyrone Manuel came out to my home and listen to all my complains about how my upstairs unit was not performing. He went out and inspected the unit and immediately identified the issues. He call me outside and pointed to why the unit was failing to perform. After he completed the work I immediately notice the difference. We also discuss some future projects that he recommended. I am completely satisfied so far with what I seen and heard from Citywide HVAC.
I would recommend them to you because after 23 years of Military Service and retiring from Law Enforcement. I can identify with great work ethics and values. For some reason If I notice a change, you will hear from me again.

Absolutely great customer service. My air went out earlier this summer and Tyrone was able to get it fixed the same day. He explained everything he was going to do, the price and what was needed. He made sure I understood my options before just starting the work. As a paying customer I really appreciated that communication. I would definitely recommend Tyrone and his staff to anyone looking.

Great Service!!! My A/C went out during the day. I called the company and left a message. The owner, Tyrone, called me that evening and he came out to check my unit. I am grateful that he was able to come after hours. He was able to fix my A/C and he also recommended and performed duct cleaning services. This company provides fantastic service! The front office is very professional and responsive. The technicians are also professional, prompt, and competent. We particularly appreciate the work of Tyrone who doggedly tracked down the multiple problems with our aging AC system, even after hours and on the weekend, until the issues were fully resolved and our home was nice and chilly again. So happy to keep our system going!

I called Mr. Tyrone at Citywide because my AC was working upstairs and getting cold but my downstairs was remaining hot. He sent Maurice over and he came in & tested my unit and immediately found the issue. Mr. Tyrone stopped by and they both explained that I have one unit that's zoned differently and the zone damper needed to be replaced. They ordered the part needed and the next day my family and I were comfortably enjoying our downstairs once again. Citywide is the best and I appreciate their professional, swift service. Mr. Tyrone is an honest businessman and in the future I will trust him all of my HVAC needs.
